Shipping policy

We currently only ship within Canada and shipping costs depend on the value of the order. We offer in-store pickup and home delivery. Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will ship your order within 2 to 3 business days from our store. The shipping delay will depend on the method chosen at checkout.

In-store pickup:

  • Free at all time.
  • Please place your order before 5 pm to pick it up the same day.
  • You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up.
  • Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Local delivery:

  • Local delivery can be chosen depending on the postal code entered at checkout. It will be offered as a delivery option at checkout if the postal code entered is in the list of local delivery postal codes *.
  • We offer free local delivery for orders > $35.
  • Please note that surcharges may apply to orders > 50 lbs.

Regular delivery (in Québec):

  • We currently ship all items (with the exception of raw food that is only available in store) and we offer free delivery for orders > $100 and for orders weighing less than 4 kg.
  • Surcharges for orders above 4 kg and/or containing larger items such as pet bed may apply. The delivery cost will be shown at checkout.

Regular delivery (outside of Québec):

  • We currently ship all items except large bags of food (above 4 kg) bags of food, raw food, litter, litter boxes and pet beds.
  • We offer free delivery for orders > $100.
  • Please contact us at info@pawparazzipet.ca if you would like us to ship your items to the following provinces: Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Newfoundland and Labrador.

  • In-store pickup: Same day if ordered before 5pm. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
  • Local delivery: 24h-48h (1-2 business days)
  • Regular delivery (in Québec): 24h-72h (1-3 business days)
  • Provinces other than Québec: 2-5 business days
  • For Vgan Dog dog accessories: Some of these accessories are custom-made and production delays may be up to 5 business days from the time you order. Once the items are ready they will be shipped following shipping delays above. 

Pawparazzi d'animaux is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages during delivery and in such circumstances, returns and refunds will be examined on a case-by-case basis. We recommend contacting us should you have any issues with your order. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery or that a safe and secure delivery location is accessible to the courier. If the courier is unable to complete the first delivery attempt because: the recipient is unavailable, there is no safe location to leave the package, building access is restricted, or the customer does not respond to delivery notifications or courier contact attempts, additional delivery attempts, rerouting, return fees, storage fees, or product replacement costs may apply.
