Return and Exchange Policy

Our return policy

At Pawparazzi d’animaux your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the original receipt or proof of purchase is presented.  

For online purchases, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and fix the issue. Items that have been used or damaged in any way will not be considered defective and will not be eligible for returns. 

In-store return conditions: 

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • A valid original receipt (printed or digital) is required.
  • Pet food must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the product.
  • Products such as clothing, accessories, harnesses, and similar items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition.
  • Items showing excessive wear, damage, or misuse may not qualify for an exchange or credit.

Certain items are final sale such as beds, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), on sale or final sale items and gift cards.

How to request an exchange or store credit for online orders

1) Send us an email at info@pawparazzipet.ca and provide us with the following information: (1) your full name, (2) your order number, (3) your phone number, (4) your email address, (5) the reason of the return, and (6) indicate whether you would like to exchange your item with another one. Please ensure that the information provided matches the information shared when you initially placed your order. 

2) Once we have reviewed the information provided in step (1), we will contact you within 3 business days to notify you to let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved or not. 

3) If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted/exchanged. Please note that customers could be responsible for paying return shipping fees.

4) Once we receive your order, we will issue a store credit or send you another item (in the case of an exchange) within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange, please contact us at info@pawparazzipet.ca.

Exceptions / non-returnable items by mail

Certain types of items cannot be returned by mail, such as food. To exchange items not returnable by mail, we kindly ask you to visit us at our store located at 1282 Bernard Avenue, Outremont, Québec, H2V 1V9.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the instructions above, and once the return is accepted and processed, we can help you purchase the new item. You can also exchange your items by coming to our store at 1282 Bernard Avenue, Outremont, Québec, H2V 1V9.
